Jorge Ashkar

Jorge Ashkar is a dedicated professional with experience in the film and entertainment industry. Currently serving as a Front Desk & Development Intern at 101 Studios since January 2023, Jorge previously held roles in content development and management at MoJo Global Arts, where responsibilities included writing script coverage and managing industry deal tracking. Jorge also worked as a Production Assistant at The American Film Institute, assisting the 1st AD on a student film. Earlier experience includes a Management & Production Intern position at Cultivate Entertainment Partners, focusing on script coverage and providing feedback to writers and directors. Educational background includes a current degree in Business Management from California State University, Los Angeles, along with an NYU Film & TV Industry Essentials Certificate and an Associate's degree in Social Behavioral Science from Los Angeles City College.
