Sandra Trujillo

Sandra Trujillo is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and business affairs. As the Vice President of Corporate Legal at Sony Pictures Entertainment since April 2013, Sandra focuses on structuring transactions, ensuring regulatory compliance, and advising on various legal matters including intellectual property and consumer protection. Prior to this role, Sandra held positions at Univision Interactive Media and NBC Universal, where negotiated agreements and conducted legal research on media-related issues. Sandra also owned a law firm and gained valuable experience as a law clerk and intern, reinforcing a strong foundation in commercial litigation and legal research. Sandra holds a J.D. from Florida International University, graduating Cum Laude, and a B.S. in Broadcast Journalism and Spanish from the University of Miami.
