Jaideep Balial

Jaideep Balial possesses extensive experience in content strategy and international operations, currently serving as the Head of Content Strategy and International Operations at Sony Pictures Networks India since June 2011. Previously, Jaideep held the position of VP, Head of Strategy and Operations at ZEE Entertainment - Americas, where significant contributions included establishing a programming grid that enhanced the network's market presence. Early career roles included Project Manager at the Association of American Medical Colleges, Consultant at Asahi, Chief Programming Officer at the British Council, and Assistant Art Director at Indian Television Company. Jaideep Balial holds a Bachelor's degree in Management and Accounts from Osmania University and a PG Diploma in Journalism and Mass Communication from Calcutta University.
