Shishir Gupta

Shishir Gupta has extensive experience in the sports broadcasting industry, currently serving as SVP and Head of Content Acquisition, Licensing, Programming Strategy & Insights - Sports at Sony Pictures Networks India since March 2017. Prior to this role, Shishir held various senior positions at TEN Sports Network, including Lead - Content Acquisition and Syndication, where responsibilities encompassed acquiring rights for multiple sports. Shishir has also worked at TAJ TV Ltd, Zee Network - Sports, Indian Cricket League, and Zee Sports in roles focused on business development, strategy, and content acquisition. Shishir holds a PGDBA in Marketing from Welingkar Institute of Management, an M.Com from Mumbai University, and a B.Com from Jai Hind College.
