Noa Manor

Noa Manor is an experienced HR professional currently serving as a Senior HR Business Partner and OD Lead at Sony Semicon (IL) since January 2024. Previously, Noa held the position of Senior HRBP and Lithuania HR site Leader at Wix.com from March 2019 to January 2023, where responsibilities included supporting multiple R&D business units and managing the HR team in Lithuania. Prior to that, Noa worked at Amdocs from June 2008 to March 2019 as an HR Business Lead for Corporate Units, consulting executive leaders and management. Early career experience includes roles as an HR Partner, Recruiter, and Senior Placement Consultant at Keinan Sheffy from January 2006 to January 2008. Noa holds an MBA in Organizational Behaviors and a BA in Behavioral Sciences and Management from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
