Alisa Krasner

Alisa Krasner has extensive experience in Human Resources, with a career spanning over 17 years in progressive roles across several organizations. Most recently, Alisa served as Senior Director of Human Resources at Sony from October 2020 to June 2023, overseeing various HR functions. Prior to Sony, Alisa held the position of VP, People at Fundera, where responsibilities included building out the People Function, managing Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, and People Strategy. Alisa also served as VP, People at artnet, leading initiatives in change management and talent management, and as VP of Human Resources at MediaMath, where leadership included global HR strategy and operations. Earlier experiences include roles as HR Director and Business Partner at MediaMath and various positions in the People Function from Generalist to Director level across global organizations starting in January 2006.
