Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Global People Experience at Sony Music Publishing since April 2019, Elicia's previous roles include Vice President of Human Resources at TouchTunes and The Harry Fox Agency, as well as Vice President and Director positions at Sony/ATV Music Publishing and EMI Music Publishing. Elicia holds an MBA from The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School and a BBA in Business and HR Management from Lehman College.
