Stefan Skarbek

Stefan Skarbek is a distinguished music industry professional currently serving as Co-Founder and Creative Director of Equal Songs, a global music company specializing in recorded music, music publishing, and songwriter development, which was founded in 2023 alongside Weston McGowen. In addition, Stefan holds the position of Global Head of Songwriter & Publisher Relations at Global Music Export Exchange, an organization focused on enhancing international music trade and providing resources for artists. Since 2010, Stefan has also co-founded Mirrorball Music Group and worked as a songwriter and producer for Sony/ATV, underscoring a successful and diverse career in the music sector. Stefan is an alumnus of Highgate School.
