Jeremy Sclar

Jeremy is Chairman and CEO of Boston-based WS Development, one of the largest privately owned real estate development firms in the country. Over the course of the company’s 30-year history, Sclar and his team have built a portfolio of best-in-class, community-centric lifestyle centers and mixed-use properties that span the U.S., from Palm Beach, FL to Sonoma County, CA. Closer to home, WS has been instrumental in bringing the life science and innovation sectors to Boston’s Seaport, and is currently involved in a collaborative project with Fenway Sports Real Estate Group to reinvigorate the area surrounding the iconic ballpark.
