Procolo Casella has been working in the business industry since 2005. In 2022, they became the Head of Business Development for SmanApp. In 2021, they became Co-Founder and CEO of Sooneat, an online ordering platform that connects closeby food and retail businesses.

Procolo Casella completed a degree in Ragioniere at the Istituto Tecnico Commerciale - Ragioneria, with a focus in Indirizzo giuridico economico aziendale. Procolo then went on to pursue a degree in Ingegnere Elettronico at the Università degli Studi di Napoli 'Federico II', specializing in Ingegneria Elettronica.
