Anuj Bhargava

Anuj Bhargava has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles.

Anuj is currently working at Soothsayer Analytics as the Director of Data Science and Advanced Analytics Solutions. In this role, they are responsible for pre-sales, client engagement, solution architecture, leading multiple teams of data scientists, and deploying AI frameworks and solutions using structured and unstructured data.

Prior to their current position, Anuj worked as a Lead Data Scientist at Soothsayer Analytics, where they focused on feature engineering, model tuning and error analysis, model selection, and deployment activities.

Anuj also has experience as a Senior Data Scientist at Soothsayer Analytics and as a Senior Consultant in Data Science at Xebia.

Earlier in their career, Anuj worked as a Senior Analyst in the Planning and Analysis Group at Pinnacle Entertainment, where they developed a model to detect customers abusing the loyalty program and saved the company money.

Anuj also had a role as an Analytics Graduate Intern at McDonald's Corporation, where they contributed to the development of analytical frameworks and automated dashboards.

Anuj started their career as a Student Consultant at an Insurance Provider and later worked as a Lead Software Developer at PEOPLECLOUD TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED.

Anuj also has experience in software engineering roles at SAMSUNG R&D INSTITUTE INDIA - BANGALORE PRIVATE LIMITED and as a Research Assistant at IIIT Hyderabad, where they worked on projects related to agriculture practices and technology integration.

Anuj Bhargava pursued their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Computer Science from the International Institute of Information Technology Hyderabad (IIITH) between the years 2004 and 2008. Later, they attended Northwestern University from 2014 to 2015, where they obtained a Master's degree in Analytics.
