Teodora Kirilova

Teodora Kirilova is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Sopharma Trading Jsc since August 2008, Teodora has held various roles including Senior Recruitment Specialist and Talent Acquisition Business Partner. Prior to this, Teodora was a Recruitment Consultant at Human Relations Consulting Recruitment from March 2006 to August 2008. Teodora holds a Master's degree in Labor Markets and Human Resources Development from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the same institution, complemented by CIPD Qualifications obtained between January 2017 and January 2018.
