Mari Anne Snow has an extensive work experience. In 2021, they became the CEO and Co-founder of Eascra Biotech, Inc., where they are building the next generation of innovative nanotechnologies. In 2020, they founded The Remote Nation Institute, a resource education center that advises and advocates for organizations, leaders and individuals working remotely. In 2019, they founded Remote Nation, which designs and builds apparel, office accessories, books and temporary workplace privacy solutions for remote professionals. In 2015, they founded Sophaya, which helps clients reimagine the workplace post-COVID. In 2009, they founded SophiaThink Consulting, LLC, a digital strategy firm providing practical business & strategy planning to clients. In 2010, they became an Adjunct Professor at Bentley University, teaching Digital Marketing and Ecommerce. In 2011, they became a Radio Co-Host for Positive Business Radio - AM790, providing weekly commentary on technology trends, digital and social media use for business. Mari Anne also became an Adjunct Professor at Suffolk University in 2011. From 2005 to 2011, they held various positions at State Street, including VP of CSO Program Services Group and VP of Learning & Development. From 2001 to 2005, they were the Director of Training at Uno Restaurant Corporation.

Mari Anne Snow received their BA in English and Education from the University of New Hampshire. Mari Anne also obtained a CSS Certification in Business Administration, Management and Operations from the Harvard Extension School.
