Boris Lossouarn

Boris Lossouarn has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Boris currently holds the position of Senior HR Director at SOPHiA GENETICS since February 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Nexans from 2013 to 2020, where they held various roles including DRH Siège, Global HR Business Partner, HR development & organization director Europe, and HR Business Partner. Before joining Nexans, Boris worked at Aviva plc as an HR Business Partner for the Emerging markets, Retail Division from 2010 to 2013. Boris also has a substantial background at IBM, where they served as an HR Business Partner in various divisions and roles such as Division sales & distribution, Integrated supply chain, and Strategic Outsourcing, spanning from 2001 to 2010. Additionally, Boris worked as an Assistant to the EVP Human resources, IBM Europe and as a Consultant in change management for the Division Conseil at IBM France.

Boris Lossouarn obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Trade from Brest Business School, which they attended from 1996 to 1998. Boris then pursued a Master's degree in Human Resources Development from the same school from 1998 to 2001. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Hogan assessment and coaching from Hogan Assessment Systems in March 2018, as well as in Clifton Strengths from Gallup in August 2017.
