Charlotte Mouden

Charlotte Mouden is a Senior Bioinformatician at SOPHiA GENETICS since April 2019, focusing on developing annotation modules for genomic pipelines in somatic applications to identify actionable information from patient data. Prior experience includes a role as a Developer at Sopra Steria and a Research Engineer at Inra - Institut national de la recherche agronomique, where Charlotte worked on long read analysis and genome assembly. Charlotte also completed a research internship at Inria, adapting software for RAD-seq data, and obtained a Ph.D. in Biology from Université de Rennes 1, where research centered on whole exome sequencing and molecular genetics. Additional education includes a Master's Degree in computing and another Master’s Degree in Genetics and Biotechnology, complemented by a Bachelor's Degree in Applied Biology.
