Karen Schindler

Karen Schindler has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Karen is currently working at SOPHiA GENETICS as a Customer Success Director and Sr. Sales & Business Development Manager. Prior to that, they worked at Exact Sciences as a Professional Medical Representative II, where they were responsible for growing the Cologuard market share with Primary Care providers. Before that, they held the position of St. Louis Territory Manager at Alpha Genomix Laboratories, where they were responsible for driving adoption of pharmacogenetic testing. Karen had a long tenure at Quest Diagnostics as a Physician Account Executive, achieving several accolades and exceeding sales quotas consistently. Karen began their career at Enterprise Rent-A-Car as a Management Assistant, where they managed a local branch and handled various responsibilities.

Karen Schindler received their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Corporate Communications from Westminster College (MO) from 1999 to 2003. Karen later pursued further education and obtained a Master of Arts degree in Management and Leadership from Webster University - St, from 2005 to 2008. Karen has also obtained additional certifications, including "Advanced Persuasive Selling: Persuading Different Personality Types" and "Leadership Strategies for Women" from LinkedIn in April 2020.
