Mathias Kaiser

Mathias Kaiser is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the fields of biotechnology and genomics. Currently serving as a Senior Operations Analyst and Professional Services Project Manager at SOPHiA GENETICS since September 2019, Mathias specializes in managing validation programs for diagnostic NGS applications and training various stakeholders in best practices and techniques. Previous roles include Postdoctoral Research Fellow positions at the Max Delbrück Center and the Genome Institute of Singapore, focusing on immunology and large-scale genome modifications, respectively. Mathias holds a Ph.D. in Biotechnology from the University of Münster and a Master of Science in Food Processing from Hochschule Fulda, and has contributed to diverse projects ranging from oncology diagnostics to drug delivery systems.
