Nady Rizk has a diverse work experience with a focus on customer service and support. From 2015 to the present, they have been working at SOPHiA GENETICS, starting as the Head of Customer and Internal Support before being promoted to Vice President of Services. In these roles, they have led customer support, solution development, and IT support teams, ensuring optimal customer success. Prior to SOPHiA GENETICS, Nady held various positions at GE Grid Solutions, including leading customer services and serving on the Site Simplification Council to optimize business processes. Nady also worked at SNC-Lavalin as a software developer and quality assurance specialist. Additionally, Nady was a business owner of multiple children's wear boutiques at Ok KIDS and worked as a programmer at CAE.
Nady Rizk pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science & Telecom from the University of Quebec from 1994 to 1997.
