Serge L. Lossa

Serge Lossa is the founder and president of SophiTEC, Inc. He has over 40 years of experience in design and development of complex databases, interactive web-based applications, and expert systems. Dr. Lossa was honored by the Rochester Engineering Society as a finalist for 2011 Engineer of the Year. He is also co-founder of COMET Informatics, LLC, a company that provides a system to manage information for child-focused organizations interested in assessments, outcomes and accountability.
