Angela Bucher

Angela Bucher has extensive experience in customer success and enablement roles. Angela is currently serving as the Vice President of Customer Success at Sophos since 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Unbounce as a Vice President of Customer Success and a Senior Director of Customer Enablement from 2020 to 2023. From 2018 to 2020, Angela was the Director of Customer Enablement at Clio - Legal Practice Management Software. Angela also held the position of Director of Customer Success at Social Nature in 2018 and was a Director of Customer Success and a Senior Manager of Customer Success at Vision Critical from 2012 to 2018. Before that, Angela worked at Cantrav Services Inc. as a Manager and Coordinator of Service Delivery and at Ipsos Reid as a Coordinator of Training & Development / Executive Assistant.

Angela Bucher attended the University of Victoria from 1999 to 2003, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with a focus on English/Communications.
