Anirban Debnath

Anirban Debnath has a diverse range of work experience in the field of software engineering. Anirban is currently working at Sophos as a Principal Software Engineer 1, a role they have held since July 2021. Prior to this, from October 2018 to July 2021, they worked at Sophos as a Senior Software Engineer 2.

Before joining Sophos, Anirban worked at Riverbed Technology as a Senior Software Engineer from December 2017 to September 2018. Earlier in their career, Anirban worked at Oracle as a Software Developer from January 2015 to March 2016. Anirban worked on the Flexcube Core & API Development for Retail Banking project, where they utilized technologies such as Core Java, J2EE, Webservices, and more.

Anirban's career started at Tata Consultancy Services, where they worked as a System Engineer from July 2011 to January 2015. Here, they were involved in multiple projects, including a Diagnostic Tool for Vehicles project, where they utilized Java and SQL.

Throughout their professional journey, Anirban has gained experience in various technologies and has been involved in requirement gathering, analysis, development, and testing in agile environments. Anirban has worked on projects involving provisioning solutions, automation, and platform deployment. Anirban has also mentored team members and collaborated with clients to gather requirements.

Anirban Debnath completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Computer Science at the Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology from 2007 to 2011. In 2014, they obtained the Oracle Certified Professional, Java SE 6 Programmer certification from Oracle.
