Jordon Carpenter

Jordon Carpenter is a seasoned cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in threat operations. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Threat Operations for North America at Sophos since June 2019, Jordon has previously held positions within the company as the Manager and Team Lead in the same department. Prior to joining Sophos, Jordon worked at Rook Security from February 2014 to June 2019 as the SOC Shift Lead, where responsibilities included proactive monitoring of security events and incident response. Earlier experience includes a role as a System Support Technician at ITT Technical Institute from March 2013 to January 2014, focusing on troubleshooting and maintaining computer systems. Jordon holds an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Network Systems Administration from ITT Technical Institute, completed in 2014.
