Kimthu Doan

Kimthu Doan holds extensive experience in global customer support and success across various technology companies. Currently serving as VP of Global Support & Delivery at Sophos since April 2025, Kimthu previously held the position of VP, Global Customer Support at OneTrust and EVP, Global Customer Experience at AVEVA. Kimthu's career also includes significant roles at OSIsoft as SVP of Customer Experience and multiple leadership positions at Oracle and PeopleSoft. In addition to technical expertise, Kimthu is a Chief Member, advocating for women's leadership in corporate roles. Kimthu holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of California, Davis, as well as an MBA from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School.
