Laine Magpantay

Laine Magpantay currently serves as the Manager of Customer Success for the Asia-Pacific and Japan (APJ) region at Sophos since February 2024. Prior to this role, Laine held various positions at ServiceSource, including Associate Director of Global Sales Delivery, where responsibilities encompassed managing complex B2B accounts and leading high-volume sales and customer success operations. Previous experience includes roles at AHM as a Client Team Manager, focusing on financial compliance and audits, and at Infinit-O Global Limited as Operations Team Lead, overseeing billing operations and a team of representatives. Additionally, Laine served as Service Delivery Team Lead at Converga and as Senior Business Specialist at AIG. Laine holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Counseling from St. Scholastica's College in Manila.
