Mala Fuller

Mala Fuller has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Mala started their career in hospitality, where they held various positions and eventually became a Venue Manager, demonstrating their ability to increase profits and streamline processes. Mala then transitioned into the recruitment field, working as a Recruitment Consultant for Hays Specialist Recruitment and Robert Walters, specializing in Engineering Design and Accounting and Finance roles, respectively. Mala also worked as a Recruitment Coordinator for Boral Construction Materials, supporting the Recruitment Advisor and handling back-end recruitment processes. Mala then joined Goodstart Early Learning as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and later as an ICT Support Officer, where they provided project support, managed resources, and acted as a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant. Mala also gained experience at CommScope as a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Administrator, focusing on various HR modules. Their most recent role is with Sophos as a Senior HRIS Administrator and Senior HR Systems Technical Lead.
