Patrick McCullough

Patrick McCullough is currently a Scale Customer Success Manager at Sophos since December 2023. Previously, from January 2016 to May 2023, Patrick held various roles at Shopify, including Merchant Success Team Lead, Senior Merchant Success Manager, and Merchant Success Manager, where responsibilities included supporting enterprise-sized businesses in utilizing the Shopify platform to enhance their growth. Earlier experience includes a role as Marketing and Communications Officer at Icidici, where Patrick managed marketing, communications, and sales efforts, and internships at St. Thomas University and Planet Hatch, focusing on content development and site management. Patrick earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs from St. Thomas University in 2015.
