Roger Neal

Roger Neal is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technical management and engineering. As the Director and joint owner of Grey Door Lettings since December 2020, Roger oversees the company's operations. At Sophos, Roger has been instrumental since October 2004, currently serving as Technical Services Manager, leading the Sales Engineering team at the Sales Center of Excellence in Manchester since July 2021. Previously, Roger managed both the UK & Ireland Sales Engineering and Professional Services teams, contributing to significant team growth. The career includes roles such as Sales Engineering Manager and Senior Sales Engineer, providing technical support and expertise for Sophos Security Solutions.
