Victor Hernandez

Victor Hernandez, MSIS, SSM, is an accomplished Enablement GTM Operations Manager at Sophos since August 2025, where responsibilities include managing enablement programs, optimizing project management workflows, and aligning operations with go-to-market strategies. Previously, at Cloud Software Group, Victor served as Lead Program Manager for Global Revenue Enablement, overseeing over 200 projects and leading cross-functional initiatives to enhance seller effectiveness. Additional experience includes roles at Citrix as an Enablement Specialist and various technical support positions, where Victor developed training content, improved customer experiences, and implemented scalable frameworks. Victor holds a Master of Science in Information Systems from Florida International University and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, along with other educational qualifications.
