Nick Padlo

Nick Padlo is the Founder / CEO of Sophros Recovery, an addiction treatment facility in North Florida. Prior to this, Nick was the Managing Partner at Gray Cardinal Strategy, where Nick focused on reinventing behavioral health and addiction treatment across America. Nick also co-founded and served as CEO of The Pet Loss Center, which disrupted the pet death care industry. Nick has a background in military intelligence, having served in the US Army as a Military Intelligence Officer. Nick holds an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a B.S. in American Legal Studies from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
