Mauro Germani

Mauro Germani has over seven years of work experience. From 2017 to present, they have been the CEO and cofounder of Soplaya, a Chefs & Farms United platform. From 2015 to 2017, they were the Cofounder of TapFood, where they built an end-to-end restaurant operating system and acquired 10k+ users and 300+ restaurants. Mauro also built a team of 10 people. From 2015 to 2016, they were the Operations Manager at NO EXIT. From 2014 to 2015 they were the Project Manager at PHARMAIDEA SRL. From 2013 to 2014, they were the Sales Marketing Manager at LynkTeam Srls, where they were responsible for business strategy, long-term customer relationships and marketing strategy. Lastly, from 2012 to 2013, they were the Business Developer at Lyoness International, where they built and managed a group of a hundred people, motivating them, transmitting knowledge, organizing networking events and business presentations.
