David Lejolivet has extensive experience in the banking and technology sectors, currently serving as the Head of Client Satisfaction and Director of Product Strategy at SBS since December 2012. Responsibilities include developing the Sopra Banking suite for Core Banking System solutions, conducting market research in international banking, defining product strategy, implementing roadmaps with R&D teams, and supporting business development in new regions. Previously, David held the position of Project Manager at Delta Informatique from April 1997 to November 2012, overseeing international deployment and migration projects for the Delta-Bank CBS. David's career began at Societe Generale in Cameroon, where skills in analysis and development of operations-related applications were honed. David holds an engineering degree from ESIGELEC, completed from 1992 to 1995.
