Tommy Bourdin

Tommy Bourdin serves as the Head of Product & Engineering for Amplitude Core at SBS since December 2023, overseeing engineering operations and product strategy for a leading core banking solution in the MEA region. Previously, Tommy held key positions such as Director of Engineering for major core banking platforms in Africa, managing a team of over 150 FTEs in France and Spain, and CTO at MWS Smart TAMAT, where operations were directed for critical event management solutions. Additionally, Tommy has a longstanding association with Google Maps as a Local Guide level 7 and has contributed to various engineering roles at Worldline Financial Services, focusing on digital solutions for the banking sector. Other roles include jury membership for IT and data certification at Université de Tours and involvement in academic initiatives. Tommy's early career featured significant work as a Payment Architect and Lead Security Engineer at Atos. Educational credentials include executive education from HEC Paris and a Master's degree in Mathematics from Université de Tours.
