Xavier Coll Morales has a diverse work experience in the IT industry. Xavier began their career at Seidor, where they worked as an IT Helpdesk technician for MARMEDSA NOATUM MARITIME, providing N1/N2 support and incident management. Xavier then joined Ambit BST, initially as an IT Helpdesk Analyst N1/N2 for MANGO HQ, where they managed incidents and coordinated with different teams. After that, they worked as an IT Support Technician Front Office for AMBIT-BST HQ, handling incident management, user onboarding/offboarding, and installations/configurations of various devices. Xavier also served as an IT OSS Support Technician for SANOFI, providing N1/N2 support and incident management through an IT Kiosk. Xavier then moved on to become an Infrastructure Solutions Consultant, focusing on Windows Server administration, infrastructure design, and virtualization projects, mainly in the Pharma sector.

In 2022, Xavier joined Amaris Consulting as an IT Solutions Consultant, specializing in providing expert support to solutions in the Retail sector. Xavier'sresponsibilities included testing new components, updates, and upgrades in the lab, ensuring proper performance and packaging/distribution of security components.

Most recently, Xavier Coll Morales joined Soprano Design as an Operations Support Specialist. Xavier'srole involves ensuring the health and stability of the platform and applications by automating tasks using Ansible, Bash, and Python. Xavier also integrates with Jenkins CI/CD automation processes for smooth software delivery and deployment.

Xavier Coll Morales completed their education from 2008 to 2015 at CUJAE, where they obtained a degree in Ingeniería (Engineering) with a field of study in Ingeniería informática (Computer Engineering).

In November 2017, they obtained the ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice. Additionally, they have obtained the EFSET Quick English Check with a score of Advanced/Proficient (CEFR C1/C2), from EF Education First.
