Anja Randgaard

Anja Randgaard is a consultant at Sopra Steria since August 2024 and the founder of AR Consulting, where the focus is on developing digital business strategies to enhance revenue growth for SMEs and empower leaders through coaching, training, and workshops. Prior experience includes serving as a project manager and nestleder at ESTIEM, contributing to student collaboration and development across Europe. Anja's leadership and coaching skills were honed while working as a volunteer leader for the Discipleship Training School with YWAM Sunshine Coast. Anja's career began with roles in retail at Kiwi, and education includes a Master’s degree in Industrial Economics and Technology Management from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology and a GPD certification in Life Coaching from New Skills Academy.
