Emmanuel Alves

Emmanuel Alves has extensive experience in IT project management, currently serving as Gerente de proyectos IT at Sopra Steria since January 2018. In this role, Emmanuel manages projects for French clients within the ICT sector, leads teams, oversees application maintenance, and handles client and supplier negotiations. Additionally, Emmanuel is responsible for developing training programs for junior staff, fostering Agile methodologies, and implementing internal IT projects. Prior experience includes managing multichannel contact center solutions for EDF and La Banque Postale, as well as roles in consultancy for several financial institutions. Emmanuel holds a master's degree in Banking, Finance, and Insurance from Université d'Orléans and a bachelor's degree in Economic Sciences with a specialization in Finance and Currency from Université Évry Paris-Saclay.
