Paul Bergin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the technology and public safety sectors. Currently serving as Managing Director at Sopra Steria, Paul leads the Public Safety Group, focusing on secure systems and digital transformation services. Previously, Paul was Chief Technology & Product Officer at Sopra Steria, overseeing strategy and innovation across multiple sectors. Prior to that, at telent Technology Services Ltd, Paul held positions as Director of Strategic Business Development and Head of Product, Strategy and Innovation. Paul’s earlier career includes key roles at Arqiva, Virgin Media, Simoco Ltd, and Philips Innovation Services, showcasing a strong background in product management, strategic development, and transformation management. Paul holds a Master of Arts in Engineering Science from the University of Oxford and a Master's degree in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from The Open University.
