Shah Alum is an experienced digital marketing professional with a robust background in eCRM and email marketing. Currently serving as Vice President, Digital at J.P. Morgan since July 2016, Shah also held the position of eCRM Manager for EMEA. Prior roles include consulting for emocial digital and Wildfire HQ Marketing, focusing on email and B2B digital marketing. In earlier positions, Shah managed marketing solutions at Naked Communications Europe and was instrumental in driving email revenue targets at Intela. Additional experience spans digital project management at eBay Enterprise and client service consulting at Emailvision, where Shah supported numerous high-profile accounts.
