Somashekar Rudra Reddy is a seasoned operational leader with extensive experience in the technology and consulting sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Operations at Piterion India Pvt Ltd since November 2015, Somashekar oversees all business and operational matters, focusing on the continuous improvement of organizational policies across HR, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and Delivery. Prior to this role, Somashekar excelled as the PLM Global Delivery Head at Wipro Technologies, managing a team of over 450 PLM consultants and achieving significant revenue milestones.
