Rohit Agarwal has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Rohit is currently the Co-Founder of SoraFinance, a company focused on debt optimization. Prior to this, Rohit served as the Head of Kiva US, where they led the organization's operations in the United States. Rohit also founded mend, a platform that democratizes social capital and provides mentorship and access to affordable cash.

Before their entrepreneurial ventures, Rohit worked as the Managing Director and Co-Founder of The Tusker Fund, a role in which they played a key role in the company's establishment. Rohit also worked as a Consultant at McKinsey & Company, where they gained valuable experience in strategy and management consulting.
