Gaby Semachowicz

Gaby Semachowicz's work experience begins in 2003 as a Senior Designer and Art Director at Smartware. In 2007, they transitioned to iSource Marketing, where they held the position of Senior Project Manager and UX Designer. In 2008, Gaby became the Operations Director at iSource Marketing, responsible for setting up and leading the Buenos Aires office and production team. They remained in this role until 2015.

From 2016 to 2020, Gaby worked at United Virtualities | We Are UV, initially as a Sr. Technical Project Manager and later as the Delivery Director. In these roles, they managed multiple projects, developed executive-level relationships, and coordinated teams. They also supervised deliverables and ensured quality work and successful portfolio management.

In 2020, Gaby joined Trafilea as the Head of Delivery, leading the project management team and overseeing the execution of programs and projects. They recruited and mentored new talents to foster a performance-oriented culture.

In 2022, Gaby moved on to Toptal, where they worked as a Business Transformation & Agile Delivery Consultant until August 2022. Currently, they are the Head of Business Operations at Sora Union, starting in August 2022.

Gaby Semachowicz attended the University of Buenos Aires from 2001 to 2006, focusing on Communication Science. In addition, from 2002 to 2005, Gaby pursued an Art Director degree at AAP - Asociación Argentina de Publicidad, specializing in Advertising. Prior to that, Gaby studied Graphic Design and Visual Communications at Fundacion de Altos Estudios en Ciencias Comerciales from 1999 to 2002. Earlier on, Gaby attended Escuela Tecnica ORT from 1993 to 1998, where the field of study was Communication and Media Studies.

In terms of additional certifications, Gaby Semachowicz obtained a Professional Agile Leadership™ (PAL I) certification from Scrum.org in February 2022.
