Lauren Olds has a diverse work history in customer success and support roles. Lauren has experience as a Director of Customer Success at Sora, a Manager of Customer Success at Postscript, and Director of Customer Success & Support at GoSite. Prior to that, they held roles at various companies such as Wrike, Fireside, and the Communication Department of Clemson University gaining experience in customer success, project management, and communication positions.
Lauren Olds attended Kent Island High School from 2007 to 2011. Lauren then went on to Clemson University, where they studied Communication and earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from 2011 to 2015.
