Rafael Algara is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in platform engineering and data analytics. Currently serving as VP of Platform Engineering at Sorcero, Rafael leads efforts to advance AI solutions for the life sciences sector. Prior roles include Principal Engineer at Qualtrics, where leadership focused on cloud-based data processing pipelines for Experience Management, and Systems Architect at Clarabridge, designing global customer experience analytics platforms powered by natural language processing. Previous experience spans various sectors at companies such as Teradata Corp., Claraview, and MicroStrategy, highlighting expertise in enterprise IT strategy, business intelligence, and advanced analytical systems.
