Salwa Touzani

Salwa Touzani has a diverse and extensive work experience in human resources. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Human Resources at SOREC since February 2021. Prior to that, they worked at OCP Group where they served as both a Project Manager for Organization & Change from January 2018 to January 2021, and a Senior HR Manager from September 2016 to January 2018. Before joining OCP Group, they worked at INWI as an HR Business Partner from January 2013 to September 2016, and as a Training Manager from January 2011 to December 2012. Salwa also gained experience at AL MADA (ex. ONA) as an HR Project Manager from September 2008 to December 2010, at THOMSON BROADCAST as an HR Regional Coordinator from November 2007 to September 2008, and at RH Partners as a Recruitment Coordinator from June 2006 to May 2007.

Salwa Touzani obtained their Bachelor's degree in management & organization from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL in 2007. Salwa then pursued their education further and completed a Master's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General at Paris-Pantheon-Assas University from 2007 to 2008.
