Chad Gibson

Chad Gibson, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Chad currently works at Sorenson Communications as the Director of Platform Operations, where they focus on driving system reliability, scalability, and performance for global expansion. Prior to that, they were the VP of Software Operations at SambaSafety, where they led the transformation of infrastructure operations and drove the DevOps roadmap. Chad also served as the Vice President of Technology Services and Director of Engineering at SambaSafety, where they implemented key operational changes and led teams in driving revenue growth. Chad has also worked at 24/7 Networks as the Head of Service Delivery, at Western Union in various roles including Change Implementation Leader and Technology Operations & Vendor Management, at Urban Peak as an IT Manager, and at B&P Process Equipment and Systems LLC as an IT Manager. Chad began their career at Gibson's Service Center, where they were the General Manager and Lead Technician, overseeing all aspects of the business. Chad's expertise lies in fostering innovation, driving efficiency, and leading teams to achieve key business objectives.

Chad Gibson holds an MBA in International Business from the University of Colorado Denver and a BA in Management Information Systems, General from Northwood University. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications including AWS Cloud Quest: Solutions Architect and AWS Cloud Quest: Machine Learning from Amazon Web Services (AWS), AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, IT Information Library Foundations Certification (ITIL) v3 from Loyalist Exam Services, and SAFe Agilist Certification from Scaled Agile, Inc.
