Douglas Baker

Douglas Baker serves as the National Relay Enterprise Manager at Sorenson Communications, overseeing the Relay Enterprise Team and managing over 18,000 Enterprise Relay accounts nationwide. With a strong focus on growth and customer success, Douglas has previously held positions within Sorenson Communications including Relay Enterprise Account Manager, Sales Account Specialist, and Outreach Trainer. Douglas is also the Founding President of Roc That!, a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting the American Sign Language community. Additional experience includes coaching theatrical American Sign Language at the Rochester Institute of Technology and program leadership at Aspen Camp of the Deaf & Hard of Hearing. Douglas holds a BFA in Advertising Photography from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
