John Schwartz

John Schwartz has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. John currently holds the position of Senior Director of Hardware at Sorenson Communications since December 2021. From 2018 to 2021, they served as the Global Product Line Manager - Digital Positioners and Switchboxes at Flowserve Corporation. Before that, they founded and led Datawave Wireless from 2014 to 2018, where they specialized in product management and engineering consulting services. John also worked as the Vice President of Engineering at RPH Engineering in 2014, overseeing engineering and product management processes. Prior to that, they held various roles at Digi from 2007 to 2014, including Senior Manager RF Product Management and Product Manager/Technology Strategist. From 2002 to 2007, they worked at MaxStream, Inc. as the Application Engineering Manager and Field Application Engineer. John'searlier experience includes serving as a Senior Hardware Engineer at VPI Engineering from 1999 to 2002 and as a Test Engineer at Icon Health and Fitness from 1995 to 1998. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in strategy development, product management, engineering, and leadership in the field of embedded systems and wireless development.

John Schwartz earned a Master's Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Utah State University between 1995 and 2002.
