Wendy Adams

Wendy Adams has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Wendy has held various roles at Sorenson Communications, starting as a Director of Interpreting in 2009 and eventually becoming the Vice President of Policy, Communications & Advocacy in 2024. At Sorenson, they were responsible for managing call center operations, recruiting interpreters, providing feedback, and overseeing key metrics. Wendy also worked as a Videocast/Podcast Host for The Sound Off Ladies since 2020. Prior to their time at Sorenson, they worked at Synovate as a Senior Quality Assurance Specialist, Data Analyst, and Quality Control Associate, where they gained proficiency in survey design, data analysis, and quality control.

Wendy Adams obtained an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Associate in Arts from Harper College.
