Rossana Bianco has extensive experience in the fields of artificial intelligence governance, market insight, customer engagement, and financial management. Currently serving as the Artificial Intelligence Governance Manager at Sorgenia since April 2009, Rossana is responsible for defining the AI adoption framework and leading a multidisciplinary team to implement AI solutions across business units.
