Francesca Fotia has extensive work experience in the hospitality industry, with a focus on hotel management, sales and marketing, and front office operations. Francesca is currently serving as the Hotels Managing Director and HR Manager at Sorgente Group S.p.A. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Sales and Marketing at Aleph Rome Hotel, Curio Collection By Hilton. Francesca also worked as a Sales Director at Jewels Hotels & Resorts, Tours and Travel Manager at Alliance Alberghi, Sales Manager at Romeo Hotel, and Front office and Sales Manager at Hotel Caesar Augustus - Capri Italy *****.
