Senior Client Partner at Soroco

Era Chaudhary has over nine years of work experience in various roles and industries. Era started their career as a Senior Business Analyst at Takshashila Consulting in May 2013 and worked there until June 2014. Era then became an Associate at the same company for a few months before being promoted to an Engagement Manager in July 2014. In this role, Era built an integrated strategy for a rollout of the largest telecom network in India and handled responsibilities such as infrastructure rollout planning, setting up war rooms, and developing marketing strategies.

In 2015, Era joined McKinsey & Company as an External Consultant and worked there until April 2016. Era then moved on to Soroco, where they held multiple positions. Era started as an Engagement Manager in May 2016 and worked until September 2017. Their responsibilities included consulting clients on large automation roadmaps and strategies for Fortune 500 clients in various industries.

After their engagement manager role, Era became the Head of Information Systems at Soroco from August 2018 to July 2019. Era then transitioned to the role of General Manager in August 2019 and continued in this position until April 2022. As the General Manager, Era led and managed the overall operations of the company.

Most recently, Era Chaudhary has taken on the role of Head of Customer Success & Growth, Europe at Soroco starting from August 2021.

Era Chaudhary completed their undergraduate education from 2010 to 2013 at Lady Shri Ram College For Women, obtaining a B.Sc degree with a focus on Mathematics. In 2020, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, specializing in Finance, General. The following year, in 2021, Era completed a postgraduate degree in Lean Six Sigma from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
